    1walk us through a project you're proud of~2 min
pick a time you took a messy, ambiguous problem from a customer or stakeholder and turned it into something that worked. what was the starting point, how did you figure out what they actually needed, and what did you deliver? bonus if you can show how you bridged the gap between a technical team and a non-technical audience. we care about your judgment under uncertainty, not perfect code.
2show us how you actually use ai~2 min
screen-share your real workflow. show us the tools you use, how you prompt, what you've automated, where ai has changed how you work. this doesn't have to be impressive. it has to be honest.
